1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NOViQ, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms govern individual students, teachers, school administrators, and institutional stakeholders using the NOViQ platform.

2. User Accounts & Google OAuth

To register for NOViQ, you must sign in securely via Google OAuth. You are responsible for protecting your Google account credentials. NOViQ does not store password credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration details, including your grade target, which is essential to customize your study path.

3. Acceptable Use & AI-Generated Lessons

NOViQ provides dynamic educational content generated using advanced AI engines. You agree to use the platform solely for learning and educational purposes. You must not:

• Use the AI Chat Tutor to generate spam or malicious requests.
• Circumvent subscription usage parameters, limits, or billing checks.
• Copy, scrape, or mass extract content from the textbook widgets for commercial resale.
• Attempt unauthorized access to school admin portals or other students' metrics.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform software, layout, designs, logic systems, and dynamic templates are the intellectual property of NOViQ. The Ethiopian National Curriculum outline and references belong to the Ministry of Education. AI-generated responses, voice narrations, and custom slide outlines are licensed to the user for academic revision and study purposes only.

5. Limitations of Liability & AI Disclaimers

Our personalized classes, video lessons, and mock exams are designed to assist secondary students in preparing for curriculum objectives.

**AI Disclaimer**: AI systems occasionally generate inaccurate data or "hallucinations." While we continuously ground our AI models on official syllabus materials, NOViQ does not guarantee that every AI-generated solution is error-free. We recommend consulting your school teachers or official physical textbooks to confirm complex points. NOViQ is not liable for academic grades, exam scores, or curriculum changes.

6. Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in scraping, or bypass payment rules. Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting our privacy team.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
